If you have not scheduled an online session, please use the
support form
to request an online session
(subject to your support plan and availablity).
Online support is available only for Microsoft Dynamics GP Partners or customers with a supplemental support contact.

uses GoToAssist from Citrix Online (formerly Desktop Streaming) for fast,
secure, easy to install remote technical support.
You will need to download
and install the GoToAssist application when prompted.
You must
enter the required information below before you can begin your scheduled
Citrix Online GoToAssist session.
